I serve solo/small business owners, professionals, and individuals who want a boost. (Sorry, no departments or teams, though please inquire if you need a workshop for your group on personal productivity topics!)
WHAT IS MINDFUL PRODUCTIVITY?
Mindful Productivity means we're incorporating your internal experience along with the practical flow of your life when discovering productivity solutions that work for you. If you get itchy at the thought of using a digital calendar, we're not going to use an digital calendar! With this mindful approach, we can think through practical problems related to, say, scheduling your week, while also tuning in to what your body is telling you about how much capacity and excitement you have for that schedule.
ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE ME USE SPECIFIC SOFTWARE OR OTHER TOOLS?
Nope! I am agnostic about software and tool you use.
WILL YOU SET UP MY SOFTWARE FOR ME?
I can give you tips on how to get the most out of your productivity software, but for the full set-up, I have a list of virtual assistants that I can refer you to.
I THINK I MIGHT BE A LOST CAUSE!
If you have an extreme version of neurodivergence, it's true that I may not have the skills to support you. But, I start from the idea that all of us have unique brains and there's a good chance we can craft flexible, personalized strategies that truly fit your style.
DO YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR PRODUCTIVITY PHILOSOPY?
Yes! I believe productivity isn’t about simply producing more—or even just producing the “right” things. Efficiency and effectiveness are great, but they are beside the point if you are miserable. Let's focus on moving through life in a way that works with your brain and circumstances.
See, I believe we are all dealt a different hand - we're given a unique set of challenges, capacities, abilities, and preferences. When we joyfully play that hand, we are at home in our bodies and minds, feeling most like ourselves. This naturally reduces friction, fosters ease, and promotes flow.
