Over 16 weeks, we’ll read David Allen’s Getting Things Done® chapter by chapter, breaking it down into realistic chunks that you can implement as we go.

As a CPA that supports business and professionals, and long-time mindfulness practitioner with a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, I combine practical systems with mind-body self-awareness tools to help people build personalized, sustainable ways of getting things done.
